Upgraded internet connection - speed is worse

Hi All,

I recently upgraded my internet connection from 2.5Mb/256 to 5Mb/512 and my download speed has seemingly halved itself. I used to get top speeds of 300Kb/s and I am now stuck on 150Kb/s max.

Any ideas?

Your ISP probably hates you and crippled the line.

...But assuming that's not the only case, try 1st and 2nd links in my signature.
