Im confused.... a little assistance for first time torrent creation

I made my torrent and uploaded it to torrent site. utorrent says that my torrent is initial-seeding, but is listed as inactive, and completed. on the torrent site the torrent says no seeds. what am i doing wrong?

If it's a private tracker, you have to download the .torrent file from the site and load into uT. And not the initial .torrent you created.

Then try to disable superseeding during few minutes. When the swarm is small and the peers don't whant to share, superseeding is horrible.
