Utorrent 1.8.5 donwloads only one torrent at a time!

hi, i am an user of utorrent for some time, and i have to say that I love it, but yesterday I noticed a problem, utorrent download ony one task, i mean y have 4 task all with the downloading status, but only one is really donloading data, if i stop this task one starts to download

Can you help me? THX

EDIT: I tried to remove and install it again but no differrences, in the peers and clients rows of the not working torrent is always 0(345), the 345 is an example but the 0 is always there

The params always have been the same

the upload part is with task but dont work

"Preferences - bandwidth" capture is missing and please save LARGER pictures (there is MS Paint to do that).
