Can only download one torrent at a time..

I dont know when this started happening, but for some reason my utorrent can only actively download one torrent at a time. The other torrents have the download symbol as tho they would start downloading, but they wont until the first one is done. then the next will start and the others will still be waiting. My settings are set for ten active downloads, and ten active uploads. No speed limits or anything like that. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing Utorrent. No luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I just messed around with my settings and got it back to multiple active torrents. I did something with the Advanced option with the net.max_halfopen and got it going again. Thanks for the reply tho.
