No incoming connections problem even though I don't have a router !

I am having a problem with Utorrent because it says " No incoming connections "

even though I don't have a router ( I'm using a Wimax Modem )

Utorrent says that the port is not open ! and I configured my firewall properly !

Please Help

wimax connections very rarely give out public IP addresses to subscribers.

start - run - cmd /k ipconfig

If your "IP Address" begins with:

10.

192.168.

anything between 172.16 and 172.31

you are firewalled by your provider.

I have another question if you don't mind , What should I tell my ISP to do ?

Should I give him a port to open ? or ask him to disable the firewall or what ?

There's not much you can really do except enable/install ipv6/teredo in uT's preferences (all it does is call the windows system calls to install and enable ipv6 and teredo).
