DNS Client - DHT - Hosts file

Hi

I recently implemented a large hosts file upgrade (it is 2.70MB of blocked websites now)

As a result I had to disable the DNS Client service.

However, I noticed that I alternate between the yellow triagle with the exclamation mark at the bottom and the green one.

(WinXP SP3, TCP/IP patched, DHT is enabled, encryption set to Forced, not allowing incoming legacy connections).

Downloading a torrent appears to work fine.

Seeding though...I'm not sure. I have been seeding 2 of my own torrents and they seem less active now. Has my meddling affected seeding.

Any ideas?
