Spykie
http://www.splashesfromtheriver.com/dude.. be quiet... what's the big fuss?anyway "whos in my head" you're doing fine, 1,1% on a file in 10 minutes is very good (if it is a 1Gb+ file), otherwise the speed should pick up after a while. How big is the file you're going to download?2. How many seeders are there and how many peers?3. What kind of speeds do you usualy get when downloading with ftp, http or other?4. Do you have any firewall? If so, is uTorrent allowed access for incoming and outgoing traffic?

chaosblade
3/5 seeds isnt bad at all. It's just a slow torrent.. Nothing you can do about it. It doesn't have alot of people sharing it. Seems you're not connected to any peer either, which is a bit odd. Try using the 'Connect To Peers Slower' feature if you haven't enabled it. Might help there. winMX_67
Maybe the seeders have slow upload or limit there upload.

lament
if you have a router:1) go here and choose the router that you have.2) once you find your router, click the link and it will bring you to a list of programs. choose BitTorrent. 3) follow the instructions to forward (open) a port in your router to allow BitTorrent traffic, but substitute port 50000 for 6881 in the example they give. the reason you want to avoid forwarding port 6881-6889 is that ISPs sometimes throttle (only allow a limited amount) of traffic on these ports, so using a high port like 50000 would be best. there is no "best" port for bittorrent - but choosing a high one makes certain that other programs won't be using the port you choose.4) Open up µTorrent, go here and check to see if you forwarded your port correctly (change the number at the end to whatever port number you chose if you didn't choose 50000).If you did all the above correctly, the port should say OPEN after you click the link in number 4.You should now have faster downloads now that you're connectable.
