the_e_male
At the risk of hijacking, I'm having what I think is the same problem. Scheduler is enabled with an upload limit, and the limit is being ignored.Global uploads should be limited to 50 kB/s, and they're currently running at around 75. There are no forced-started torrents, and no local peers. v. 1.8.5 (17414), Windows XP.

Ultima
Does the status bar actually say "Limited by scheduler"? As well, can you enable Preferences > UI Settings > "Show speed limits in the status bar" to make sure the limiter is actually being set?
the_e_male
Edit: I have an RSS filter enabled, but it hasn't actively downloaded anything in weeks.
Ultima
How... odd...Can you exit µTorrent, visit Win+R > %appdata%\uTorrent, backup settings.dat, delete settings.dat and settings.dat.old, restart µTorrent, reconfigure, and see if the problem persists?Edit: Split thread from here.
