Switeck
Did you configure you antivirus software and software firewalls as well to allow the incoming port to uTorrent?Does your modem also act as a mini-router and/or firewall?

Switeck
Does portforward.com list your modem (or at least a modem by the same brand)? If so, your modem is most likely a mini-router and/or firewall."I saw that my modem firewall was on minimum."Is probably proof enough that it is.You'll likely need to disable that firewall entirely. Switeck
You could also have a software firewall "hidden" in your antivirus products.Or your ISP could firewall somewhere past your modem.
