Issue with trackers timing out

I've been encountering a little bit of a problem lately (this has only happened to me on 1.8.5 which I updated to a little while ago)

Anyways, the problem is that I'm getting tracker timeout messages on specific torrents and I can't figure out what is up. This is occurring with multiple torrents, on multiple different trackers (Different torrents on different trackers, only 1 tracker each), while at the same time successfully connecting to and seeding (This is only occurring while seeding so far) different torrents on the same tracker(s).

Any idea what could be causing this? I've restarted uTorrent, redownloaded the .torrents, re-checked, etc... and no luck so far.

Does the problem persist with openoffice torrents?

Err, no, none of the torrents are open office (if that's what you're asking)

If you're asking me to go test it on an openoffice torrent I can't at the moment, and it appears to be random which torrents it occurs on, and it seems to "stick" that it can't connect.
