robertromano1966
Hi Everyone:I hope that I am not asking a question that has been answered, if I am I apologise, but I have not been able to see anything about it so here goes...I have a 5 mega bit down line from AT&T U-Verse and about 900 upload. I have forwarded my port properly and have a green checkmark when I connect and DL files. The thing is this... the highest DL speeds I have ever gotten reach about 600 - 630 mb/s. Is this considered a fast rate? Is there a way to get a faster DL speed than that? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Switeck
Only 5 megabits/second theoretical bandwidth? If so, that's only 640 KiloBYTES/second of theoretical download speed. You will be *LUCKY* to get 80% of that due to overheads and line limitations.
