Igor1990
I've skimmed through a few similar topics, but couldn't find a suitable answer. After downloading RAR files to 100%, and then trying to extract them I get a WINRAR message saying that the file is corrupted. I force re-check the torrent, and missing pieces show up. I download the torrent to 100% again, try to extract said file and get the error message again. And so on. I've tried different utorrent versions including 2.00, but the issue remains. And this is happening to EVERY .rar or .7z file I try to download. I remember downloading rar files about a year ago, but I never experienced such a problem back then. moogly
Hardware failure surely (RAM, HD etc). Try to scan your HD (chkdsk command) to see if you got some damages.
Igor1990
What do you mean chkdsk command? Sorry, I'm not that good with computers.Nevermind, found it. It's disk check, right?

Igor1990
Ok, I did a disk check. Everything seems to be fine with the HD, but I'm still getting an error when extracting files.
moogly
And about your RAM?
Firon
Check your RAM with memtest. Run it for at least 12 hours. If your computer is overclocked, then try underclocking it.
Igor1990
Ok, I did a memtest, and I got a ton of errors, saying that my RAM cannot store the data successfully. What do I do next?
