Can't get availability above 78.3%; several seeds available.

I'm using the latest uTorrent and can't get a particular torrent to obtain a full copy; can't connect to any seeds and need suggestions. Have never had this problem before. How are 'Peer Exchange' and 'DHT' different to normal seeds? They seem to be the most prevalent, but can't connect to them.

Doesn't appear to be any throttling by ISP (Yahoo/ATT), other torrents working properly.

What is the listed availability for the torrent based on the peers you're connected to?

I highly doubt the seed is legitimate if that availability hasn't moved.

If the availability hasn't moved in a long time, the seeds aren't actually there.

Remove dead trackers (really, having that many is hostile to others!)

Try again...

If you don't see availability go above 78.3%, that torrent is probably hopeless.
