wernerb
I'm using the latest uTorrent and can't get a particular torrent to obtain a full copy; can't connect to any seeds and need suggestions. Have never had this problem before. How are 'Peer Exchange' and 'DHT' different to normal seeds? They seem to be the most prevalent, but can't connect to them.Doesn't appear to be any throttling by ISP (Yahoo/ATT), other torrents working properly.Name Status Update In Seeds Peers Downloaded [DHT] working 20m 38s 10 145 0 [Local Peer Discovery] working 0 12 0 [Peer Exchange] working 20 577 0 http://209.50.48.13:80/announce connection closed by peer 13m 14s 1 11 0 http://78.24.217.190/announce connection closed by peer 15m 23s 0 0 0 http://bt.peerseed.ru:2710/announce connection closed by peer 15m 52s 0 0 0 http://gdbt.3322.org:6969/announce connection closed by peer 15m 19s 0 0 0 http://inferno.demonoid.com:3409/announce working 31m 35s 1 144 0 http://opentracker.fr333dom.com:6666/announce working 16m 35s 0 19 3 http://thetracker.org./announce working 28m 52s 0 41 0 http://thetracker.org:80/announce working 5m 47s 0 40 0 http://total.recall.tracker.prq.to:80/announce working 6m 53s 0 48 5 http://tracker.anindya.in/announce connection closed by peer 2m 44s 0 0 0 http://tracker.bittorrent.am/announce working 10m 39s 0 40 0 http://tracker.denness.net:6969/announce hostname not found 16m 1s 0 0 0 http://tracker.ex.ua:80/announce working 5m 59s 0 27 7 http://tracker.irc.su/announce working 14m 40s 0 4 0 http://tracker.mightynova.com/announce working updating... 0 0 0 http://tracker.mightynova.com:4315/announce connection closed by peer 22m 34s 1 13 0 http://tracker.openbittorrent.com/announce working 15m 11s 0 62 1 http://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce working 19m 7s 0 64 1 http://tracker.publicbt.com/announce working 16m 34s 0 49 5 http://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce working 22m 28s 0 41 9 http://tracker.sextorrent.to:2710/announce connection closed by peer 15m 24s 0 0 0 http://tracker.thepiratebay.org/announce connection closed by peer 15m 15s 0 0 0 http://tracker.torrentbay.to:6969/announce connection closed by peer 16m 11s 0 0 0 udp://inferno.demonoid.com:3409/announce Connection timed out. 15m 1s 0 0 0 udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce working 5m 43s 0 62 1 udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce working 13m 52s 0 41 9 udp://tracker.thepiratebay.org:80/announce Failure: Connection timed out. 7m 51s 0 0
DreadWingKnight
What is the listed availability for the torrent based on the peers you're connected to?
wernerb
78.3%
DreadWingKnight
I highly doubt the seed is legitimate if that availability hasn't moved.

DreadWingKnight
If the availability hasn't moved in a long time, the seeds aren't actually there.
Switeck
Clear peer listRemove dead trackers (really, having that many is hostile to others!)Try again...If you don't see availability go above 78.3%, that torrent is probably hopeless.
