utorrent not responding in Vista 64

I've done a lot of searching and came into all the typically AV and firewall problems (disable P2P in avast, set utorrent affinity to one processor core) and believe I have ensured those are not the issue. Basically, utorrent will work great until my screen saver kicks in (which is set to require a password to get back in), when I go to log back in, utorrent will be unresponsive and does not resolve with time.

I'm running Vista64 SP2 with a Athlon X2 CPU and ATI3200 graphics chipset

I ran utorrent for a year or so in XPSP2 with AVG & ZA, then avast and ZA without any issues. Is there a specific issue with ZA and Vista?

There's a shopping list of problems with ZA in general.

Including this overzealous locking that it does.

Thats too bad, never had a problem until now... Suppose its time to hunt for a new firewall option, eh?

If you have a router, software firewalls are basically useless.

By the time they get past the router, any hostile software will take out a firewall without a second thought.

And ZA under Windows 7 (if you migrate a day) is really buggy and outdated (crash to installation). So try another firewall like Comodo, Outpost, Online Armor, etc...
