But a cable froma box fixed(says SIEMENS -doesnt look like a router to me at all) in to the wall. So i cant even do Port forwarding as there is no Router.its FREE internet from University so may be they have done some settings to make surestudents do not download Torrents. Surprisingly LIMEWIRE is working. But No torrents.Not at all. Can someone tell me whats going on here? i have added an exception to Windows firewall as well for Utorrent.
