Never Scared Posted January 21, 2010 Report Share Posted January 21, 2010 When I first start uTorrent at the bottom it says no incoming connections it'll connect to seeders but then it'll max out at 1 kB/s. After a while the bottom changes to Not Connectable. Also my uploads run at normal speeds. I have my firewall disabled. I'm running this computer off a router that is connected to another router if that helps at all. It was working fine before it just started doing this about a week ago.
