utorrent affects other programs

hi people.

here my first post ever on this forum.

When im downloading with Utorrent 1.8.5

it affects firefox(site loading time)

windows media player(bad sound and frame skipping)

and respond time of other programs.

if i pause the downloads everything goes back to normal.

so if there is someone out there who can and will help me,

that whould be awesome.
