Trouble with permissions and other things since 17726

Since 17726 utorrent crashes when trying to start. It is some errors about Sparkle. Found out that to be a problem with permissions. When looking into uTorrent.app I found that i had no access to Frameworks. Fixing the permissions solved the problems. Maybe some more that dont use the admin-account but using an user-account have experienced this problem.

Now I getting a new error message.
