bootstrike
perhaps you forwarded the port to a wrong computer? recheck your port forwarding settings
Switeck
Cable and DSL should not have any effect on port forwarding. It's the router being forwarded, not the modem. BUT...some modems are also mini-routers/firewalls that have to be configured as well!
Zocheyado
okay so i fixed the port forward issue. and i checked on all the speed up guides and set all my settings accordingly and for some reason i am still getting TERRIBLE speeds. i have a 15mbs connection and i am download at like...40kbs max? and i know its not the torrent because just to check i went on TPB and clicked on some torrent that had like 15,000 seeds and like 2,000 leaches and i got like 30kbs.... =/
