phayte Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 Alright so at university they have all P2P networking programs blocked, while the rest don't bother me I'm having trouble trying to get uTorrent to work. I currently have all of the settings used in "extreme" hiding tricks and uTorrent working through port 58881 which isn't blocked. Yet I still cannot get any incoming connections to actually connect. Switeck Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share Posted January 29, 2010 Incoming connections probably *WON'T* work, you're behind a NAT router that blocks incoming traffic so you can't host servers...Teredo/IPv6 and uTP peer/seed connections in uTorrent v2.0 and later may be able to tunnel through in some cases...so give them a try.
