bubbles86
Hi all I had utorrent crash after I had closed the app and then opened it again. All the tasks were intact, but the torrents are now all rehashing them when I start them. I wonder if there is anyway to avoid having them hashed?I'm on Utorrent 1.8.1 stable. Thanks a lot
DreadWingKnight
Prevent future crashes. And update to 1.8.5 at least.
bubbles86
Sadly I'm unable to upgrade to 1.8.5 as a lot of trackers I use have banned it. I have to use 1.6.1 on certain sites as well, as 1.8.1/1.8.2 are banned, so I end up using multiple versions. So there is no way to solve the problem I have right now? bubbles86
To be fair to those sites, they offer far more than your abrupt, and ultimately useless suggestions and insults. Thanks for nothing.
DreadWingKnight
Including unfounded paranoia which leads their users to be open to confirmed security holes.
Switeck
If uTorrent v1.8.1 is crashing because of a bug that's fixed by v1.8.5...what can we do?
