Napsterbater
Windows 2003 R2 SP2Ok I'm trying to set net.outgoing_port and net.outgoing_max_port to 40000 and 49999 (I'm use a big range to try and keep it from saying "Normally only 1 socket in use by 1 program" or something like that) so QOS could keep track of the BT traffic, but now with build 17935 it causes it to crash right away forcing me to use an older version to get rid of those setting and re start b17935.This has worked with every version prior that I have used.
