Switeck
I'm reasonably sure that ISP disrupts+throttles BitTorrent traffic.Does it get services from Carphone Warehouse Broadband Services? (...which are notoriously bad!)
SupremeUltimatum
Hi,Did you capped your upload speed? Capping it does not release bandwidth for download speed (actually it does, but in bittorrent context, its so little that we'll dismiss it), instead, it disrupts the ratio value. With low ratio, you will face troubles in downloading. Keep in mind the principle of the same exchange.
Switeck
You should use a reasonable upload speed limit, which is roughly 70-90% of max. Any lower and you're not uploading nearly as fast as you could. Any faster and you'll be overloading the line with torrent uploading + everything else going on.
