jackasspyro2
ok i think i found what you ment.when i right click on the torrent it was block as from my computer(it said it might be harmfull)..and it was automatically doing that with all torrents..so i unblock one to test it out and still getting the same error...so i think the problem lies somewhere with my computers security systembut im not sure where to start..like i said before its a new computer...and windows 7 has a ton more features and is way different than the windows2000 im used too.lol
GTHK
What folders are you saving to? What security programs are installed? And if that HP came with Norton, see my signature.

GTHK
If you removed Norton normally, it usually leaves tons of garbage behind, try the removal tool in my signature. AVG what?

Switeck
Yes it is what I wanted!I don't see any non-Microsoft DLLs loaded into uTorrent.exe's memory space...so there goes finding the problem that way. But do you know if this: CLMLSvc.exe 3516 CyberLink MediaLibray Service CyberLink...does file scanning? (which might lock files and deny uTorrent access.)
