DreadWingKnight
Do you both pass the firewall check?
davidoe
we are both active, the tick is green at the bottom of utorrent if that is what you mean.

Switeck
Is the port for his ip correct?
davidoe
Not sure what you mean, but i think his port is correct. He can connect to other trackers and his utorrent reports that his network is ok and is working as it should.
Switeck
Right-click in the PEERS window/tab and add his ip:port as a peer.If that works, your tracker's not working correctly.
davidoe
I will do that. I gave another person the torrent and she was able to download from me so i think the tracker is working. But i put the tracker down and reinstalled it, and i cant remember his ip but when i get a hold of him i will try that out.
