Seeding Goal Suggestion

One feature I would find useful is if I could set up queueing so that when a torrent reaches its seeding goal it would automatically change its bandwidth allocation. Typically I set all my torrents with a bandwidth allocation of "High" until the ratio for that torrent reaches 2.000; once it reaches that goal I then manually change the bandwidth allocation to "Low" so that other torrents which I have not seeded completely will get priority.

I like how the user can limit the upload rate once the seeding goal is reached, but adding the ability to change the bandwidth allocation automatically would be more useful in my opinion, especially when using sites with private trackers.
