WDC
I just downloaded the 2.1 Alpha, put in a user name and password, got that error. I'm sure that my client IS comparable, because I just downloaded it from the link in the e-mail I just received. For the record, I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and my port is forwarded correctly.Any ideas what the problem could be?Thanks in advance, I look forward to using Falcon,David
rohitnair
I'm running Falcon on a Windows XP VM. Getting the same error. I tried downloading the latest client as suggested by the error, but that doesn't fix it. I'm currently running build 17935
umbepo
I had that problem until I ran it as administrator in Windows 7 x64.

jknoll
This was a temporary problem where the minimum client version required by Falcon was inadvertently set ahead of the version available for download from the utorrent-falcon-latest.exe link on utorrent.com (where that dialog directs you). It made it impossible to connect for a few minutes. Give it a try now and you should be able to connect with build 17935.You should not need to run as Administrator — it's just a coincidence that the problem was fixed on the Falcon servers since you've done that.
