limit all torrents except one

I have come across this issue many a times while downloading torrents :

I have a torrent which does not use the full bandwidth allocated to utorrent.

But it is an important torrent n i wish it completes as fast as possible.

Now if i start downloading another torrent with excellent seeds, it eats up the bandwidth and leaves nothing for the 1st one. Priorities don't seem to help much.

So my question is,

Is it possible to give one torrent as much bandwidth it needs,

and other torrents whatever is available after that?

Set default upload slots per torrent to 1.

Set upload slots for the "important" torrent higher than 1 and priority to HIGH.

Set priority on everything else to LOW.
