File is locked and is causing utorrent error

I'm trying to download files and everytime i do it tells me it can't use the file because another process is. I've shut down everything except utorrent, tried using the sysinternal process thing and the program unlocker. None of this has yeiled any results, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. When using unlocker it says that nothing is using the file. I am at a loss for what to go about doing next, can anyone advise on what to do, i've tried 1.6 and 2.0.

Here it is, thanks for the help, also i didn't mention this, it says the file is locked and then i hit start again and it can go for another 3 or 4% and then says it's locked again.
