2.0 is worse internet not working now

i had to go back to version 1.84 cause i downloaded 2.0 and my internet wouldnt work at all when im using utorrent where as before it worked no problem.im just lucky my internet is working again with version 1.84 because i heard about some people who had the same problem and when they tried going back to the same old version the internet stopped working when using utorrent and it wouldnt work for them anymore like it used to.also the speed test for 2.0 didnt work i got a big red x when i tried to use the speed test and i did everything right so and clicked on the state i live in where its closest to my location so i dont know why it didint work.
