Port Checking Help

So yeah, I was using one of the torrents from a private checker and the torrent showed up red and said my ports were closed, however I have the proper ports forwarded in my WRT54G router.

So to make sure I did everything right I re-setup my static IP address to 192.168.2.100 and did all the forwarding steps properly. However when I use http://www.utorrent.com/testport and test out the port I forwarded it says it's not forwarded properly and the IP address that it's using is different than the static ip I set. What did I do wrong? Help!

I'm using Windows XP Service Pack 2 btw and have a Linksys WRT54g v.6 with utorrent version 1.85

edit: Ok so the IP I see in portchecker is my External IP Address even though I set up a static ip address it keeps telling me th at my ports are closed still.
