Sort list by tracker keyword & bandwidth priority at global level

Here is the scenario:

User joins a private tracker with nearly impossible ratio requirements. To help the user maintain the 0.5 to 1.0 and above ratio, he/she needs to know which torrents came from that tracker and set them to highest bandwidth AND leave them live for longer. Also, the user needs to track progress of uploaded torrents (ratio calculation would awesome but involved?).
