tatsuya46
Whenever I set a download limit such as 600 KB/sec torrent speed instantly drops from 820 KB/sec (or from any speed) to 200 KB/sec or less, remove the limit, it shoots back up to max connection speed. Does not matter what the limit speed is.I also always get 20 KB/sec less than the upload limit, this did not happen a few builds back. If I remove upload limit it shoots up to max connection speed as well.
Firon
And what is your upload cap set to?
tatsuya46
Upload is set to 150 KB/s, actual speed will cap at exactly 130 KB/s, if I set it to 80 KB/s actual speed is exactly 60 KB/s and so on, if I set no cap it will go to max connection speed of 245 KB/s.I can set any download limit and will drop downstream speed from max connection speed of 860KB/s to below 200 KB/s, even if the cap is 700 KB/s. Remove cap and it goes back to max connection speed. Previous build did not have the upload cap problem, download cap problem remained for the at least the last 2 or 3 builds since it first appeared. tatsuya46
Set on true. Never changed any of those settings since forever so I always used defaults.
