default: close to tray

For people that haven't used Windows long enough, they normally expect the close button to close, but the default behaviour is to continue running in the background. I think this should be disabled by default as I see some people unknowingly leaving it running in the background, and possibly seeding forever if they didn't stop the torrents before "closing". Vista and 7 even hide icons in the tray. Some people don't even know what the visible icons are for.
