Accidentally deleted torrent

I accidentally removed a torrent from my download list.

Is there are way to add it again, without losing all the parts I've downloaded already?

Follow the migration guide on it.

Yes there is as long as you haven't deleted the actual data of the torrent it will still be there you have to locate the torrent again from where you downloaded it and then run it again and if that matches the data file of the torrent it will pickup or do a verify of the data and then start again.
