Queue hotkeys management

Hi!

it would be nice to have some simple keys like the "up" and "down" arrow-keys to execute te same identhical things that happen when using the arrow buttons on the GUI.

click click click click ... sometimes type is more convenient :-)

Selecting ONE torrent and setting in an exact position (prompt asking by uTorrent required) would be also an excellent feature.

Sometimes you have 50 or more items ... last is not good ... first is not good ... click click click click is not good ... so with these features I can put an item *exactly* where i want to place it! :-)
