Blocking all other internet using applications

My name's Tom, I'm new to the forum, Web developer and an everyday user of µtorrent

I was wondering if anybody knew of a way of doing this simply, Without having to input every application and service running on the computer into a firewall...

You don't have a choice AFAIK everything has to go through the firewall. If you don't want that app or service running uninstall or remove it.

Many routers can block computers on their LAN from either having internet access or even LAN access.
