Window freezes with utorrent

I am using Window 7 (x32) with 4gb ram. Everytime I start utorrent (v1.8 and 2,0), the whole system freezes/no responds. I tried to disable Window Aero, anti-virus and all unnecessary software, but that doesn't help. However, the program only works when I boot into window safe mode. What would be the steps to find out the problem and solve it?

Can you try removing Kaspersky? It has ruined system stability (hates P2P) in the past. Disabling and/or removing components isn't enough.

If the system will run for a minute with µTorrent open also grab the PE log.

I uninstalled Kaspersky and utorrent works fine so far. Can anyone suggest couple of good anti virus software that works well with utorrent?
