Lots of "active connections" shown by Comodo when I'm not downloading

When I look at the active connections through the Comodo (3.14) Firewall I have a ton of active connections to/from utorrent.exe even when I'm not downloading. Is this normal? I've added the following rules to my firewall:

Rule 1

Action = Allow

Protocol = TCP or UDP

Direction = In

Description = Rule for incoming TCP and UDP connections

Source Address = Any

Destination Address = Any

Source port = A port range = (start port = 1025 / end port = 65535)

Destination port = the port of utorrent

Rule 2

Action = Allow

Protocol = TCP

Direction = Out

Description = Rule for outgoing TCP connections

Source Address = Any

Destination Address = Any

Source port = A port range = (start port = 1025 / end port = 65535)

Destination port = A port range = (start port = 1025 / end port = 65535)

Rule 3

Action = Allow

Protocol = UDP

Direction = Out

Description = Rule for outgoing UDP connections

Source Address = Any

Destination Address = Any

Source port = the port of utorrent

Destination port = A port range = (start port = 1025 / end port = 65535)

Rule 4

Action = Ask (enable Log as a firewall event if this rule is fired)

Protocol = TCP

Direction = Out

Description = Rule for HTTP requests

Source Address = Any

Destination Address = Any

Source port = A port range = (start port = 1025 / end port = 65535)

Destination port = 80

Rule 5

Action = Block (enable Log as a firewall event if this rule is fired)

Protocol = IP

Direction = In/OUT

Description = Block and Log All Unmatching Requests

Source Address = Any

Destination Address = Any

IP Details = Any

EDIT:

Here's the post that I just put up on Comodo's Forum:

Hello. I'm new to Comodo (been using v3.14 for about a week). I have my firewall security level set to Custom, Alerts set to Medium, and Defense settings at Paranoid. When I am sitting idle my firewall logs are logging massive amounts of blocked UDP requests to "Windows Operating System" through my set utorrent port. This is happening when utorrent is NOT running in my system tray. These denied requests are hitting me within a few seconds of each other. I've been searching the IP addresses and they all seem to be from overseas.

Here's a few of the IP's that are requesting:

84.1.174.235, 121.212.246.181, 189.71.209.160, 94.171.162.32, 66.190.54.156, 77.114.213.49, 24.54.254.111, 93.182.135.95, 87.210.191.115, 218.130.234.17, 79.167.186.201

Any suggestions on what I should do? I've ran a full system scan using my Avast! and everything comes out clean. I've also used the ESET online scan with no faulty results. Could I possibly have just gotten pinged on one of my downloads??? HELP PLEASE!

Yes. But the thing is I only have a couple torrents that are in "stopped" status. I've noticed that when I open utorrent I have a massive amount of these IP's connecting through utorrent.exe. Why would all of these IP's need to communicate with my computer if I'm not downloading/uploading? Then also, why would they continue to try to connect through "Windows Operating System" after I close out of utorrent?
