BitTorrent 6.4 is not moving my files when completed

I am using BitTorrent 6.4, the BitTorrent web site told me to post on this site. I had added some finished torrents to BitTorrent so I can share them again. When I added them, it checked them and only moved the torrent but not the finished file. I use two different folders for both downloading and finished torrents/files.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled BitTorrent 6.4, I did this because I thought it might have been a problem when I upgraded to 6.4 from 6.3. When I reinstalled it, I set it back up to which folders I want the downloading to goto and the completed to move too. Once again I have the same problem. It only moves the ".torrent" to the completed folder but not the actual file.

I cannot tell what I am doing wrong. Please help
