utorrent wont seed (small files)

Small files dont seed,

for example I downloaded sam broadcaster from tpb and it seeds when downloading but only like .5kbs

Then when it finished downloading seeding stops completely.

However when I'm downloading large files like movies and tvshows, they seem to seed fine, what is my problem?

Yes I port forwared my router corectly yes I enable the encryption thingy and yes I added a exception for utorrent in my firewall, does anyone know why I cant seed small files? (1-50mb)

If anyone could help me or respond that would be nice.
