Utorrent doesn't start download

Well my problem is utorrent doesn't start download.

Im serching for months any kind fo solution.

First i tryd to reinstal and then reset configurations... Nothing

The configurations are still the old ones i enterd few months ago.

Any solutions?

*im sorry for my english im am really bad at it*

I dont know everything where those things are so please be so kind and explain all

It's not they are in the mood but there are rules to follow when posting and responding and users on here aren't paid and answer when they can and each users experiences varies from system to system and how each is setup. It would be good to try to download OpenOffice and see if it starts that is a safe test if your internet is working correctly.

Looks like you need to talk to the site you're downloading from, as that is not a uTorrent error.

So i have to contact all those sites?

That would take me 4 hours of typing and 48hours to answer.

Some of them arent even asnwering when contactaing!

And anyway what could i say by contacting them?
