uTorrent+browsers or uTorrent+vista?

So I started noticing that after opening uTorrent whenever I open, for example, youtube the bar that shows the video loading doesn't progress, appearing full when the video has finished loading, another example is a page with a .gif image, it should show the image building up until it's complete but it only appears after it's completed. But the thing that makes me mad is trying to download any file with the browser, the dialog box only pops-up after the file is already at 100% and when I choose the location where to save it just simply appears complete on the folder not showing any progress bar like it usually does... This happens with all the browsers I tested, the latest versions off FF, Chrome and IE. Even if I close uTorrent the problem remains until I reboot and then when I try to do all those things without opening uTorrent they all work just fine!

Any suggestions?
