Getting a lot of corrupted files lately

Not sure what's causing this, but the last 3 days I haven't been able to download a torrent of any sort that doesn't have some corruption in it that isn't caught automatically. It's usually no more than .3 - .5% that needs redownloading upon a forced re-check. I am not sure if this is an issue with utorrent, or if perhaps my ISP has found some method of poisoning what it thinks is torrent traffic to my IP in spite of forcing encryption.

Has anybody else run into something similar to this? It's never happened prior.
