I upgraded to the current version and have been experiencing tremendous and perpetual speed drops. I uninstalled and reinstalled the older version. I ran through all the set ups again on this site. I forwarded my ports, they are working. Set up a static IP. Now I start d/l and my speeds are good for about 1.5 to 2.5 minutes then they drop down to 3-5kbs Any ideas??
