Browser times out when using uTorrent

Default settings, upload speed set to 20 Mbit/s, port test says port is open

100/20 connection

I can't do anything else internet-related while running uTorrent. It would've been fine if uTorrent actually used up all my bandwith, but nothing else works when my speeds are ~200 kB/s down and ~700 kB/s up with my 100/20 connection.

I'm not sure but it also seems like I'm getting worse speeds.

I had no problems with earlier versions.

Try with preferences - bittorrent - bandwidth management unchecked.

bt.transp_disposition set to 5 fixed the bandwith issue. I also put bt.tcp_rate_control to false but I can't make sure if it chaged anything.
