Does not understand, speed control in 2.0

Hello everyone.

I have 555kbs. by night my ISP increases speed x2 times. i don't understand new speed control.

for example, if i limit my bandwidth by 40kb/s speed of downloading will be 32kb/s!

who stole the diffidence? =) if you understand me, please help.

uTorrent v2.x started showing networking overheads AND made them apply towards the set limits.

This means to reach the same levels you had before you need to set the limits higher.

Or reduce the overheads by using more sensible uTorrent settings.
