collardgreens
XPCA Securityafter completly exiting utorrent from task bar, My firewall throws a flag every second that utorrent accesses the internet. This action ends up locking up my pc. Does all action from utorrent cease upon exiting? Seems that it didn't....looked as if i was still uploading. Im not crazy about CA and the HIPS firewall but there shouldn't be a problem if utorrent can exit, is there a proccess i can stop in tskmanager to help with this? DreadWingKnight
if the utorrent.exe process isn't in task manager, there isn't a process you can kill to stop the remote attempts to communicate with uTorrent.
Firon
You're just getting connections from peers who cached your IP:port. If your PC is locking up from this, use a better firewall. A good firewall should not crash the whole PC just because it's getting a little bit of traffic.
