uTorrent not responding on windows 7 (32bit)

Hello! Recently I installed windows 7 (32bit). I installed uTorrent and it starts up fine, but after a while it goes into a "not responding" state. Clicking on the system bar icon or even the taskbar icon does not bring up the application. Its frozen. I have hardly installed anything that may affect uTorrent except nod32 which I also turned off but uTorrent still froze.

I have read quite a few threads and tried various things : Windows XP compatability, run as administrator, turn off Windows disc cache, turn on windows disc cache, installed beta, reinstalled 2.0, tried running with no torrents seeding/downloading. But everything is the same result .. works and after few mins to few hours it goes into not responding state. Attached is hijackThis file while uTorrent is in not responding state. Did you try to run µT with Eset completely uninstalled (just run Windows Firewall temporarily)?

Is the last version of imon.dll?

So I did not uninstall Eset, but I turned of imon and ensure its dll was not showing up in PE. This fixed it, so now µT seems to be running fine.

So can I get iMon running again and compatible with µT, maybe monitoring everything but µT. Or a version that works. Permanent solution can be to turned off iMon for ever.

I am on NOD32 version 2.70.32
