Grendel
My speeds are so bad, I get excited when I see 3kB/s. I can only get that erratically. My uploads are better, between 2-7kB/s and much more steady. I have read the FAQ, run through the speed guide, downloaded the latest beta. All my settings are optimized, my ports are open and I see network OK on the bottom. I seem to do better without the peer.lazy_bitfield enabled(is this encryption?). My ISP is charter (USA) and I don't know that theyre not choking me...does anybody else know?Basically, Im at the end of my rope, I cannot find anything else to try. Any ideas?
